Frequently Asked Questions

The username should be the advisor’s email address. The advisor should have received an invitation email with a link to set their password. If the advisor doesn’t have it, have them check their junk folder to ensure it did not end up in there.

We may have a different email on file. Please open a chat using the button at the bottom of this page so we can verify which email is being used for your account.

Once you are logged in to the client portal, hover your mouse over the Account drop down at the top right-hand side of your screen, then click on Update Profile. From there,  you can set a new password.

Yes, you can request a new password by clicking Forgot Password then fill in the username for your account and click the Request Password Reset button. You will be a sent a new link to set your password.
